Workshop #1: Stress and Anxiety
Our first interactive workshop focuses on providing women with practical tools to manage stress and anxiety in a safe, supportive environment. Led by Ms. Ranjit Kaur Dhari, Professor Emeritus, School of Nursing at the University of British Columbia. We explore mindfulness and coping strategies designed to empower every participant on their journey to well-being.

Workshop #2: Conflict Resolution and Boundaries

Guided by Ms. Ranjit Kaur Dhari, Dr. Sandeep Dhillon, PhD, and Ms. Jasreen Randhawa, this interactive workshop explores the delicate balance of maintaining healthy boundaries and resolving conflicts with grace. Participants engage in interactive exercises designed to build communication skills and social confidence in a supportive, safe environment.
Workshop #3: Boundaries In Action
September 19th, 2026
The Boundaries in Action workshop brought participants together for an interactive afternoon focused on practical tools for setting, communicating, and maintaining healthy boundaries. Guided by Ms. Ranjit Dhari, Dr. Sandeep Dhillon, PhD, and Ms. Amanpal Hehar, participants explored how boundaries can support healthier relationships, stronger communication, and greater confidence in everyday life.
